Geeks.com has the Sony Vaio model: VGN-UX380N for $899.99 for a refurbished unit. This is a neat little internet device thats running Vista Business on a 4.5″ wide screen lcd display at 1024×600, and it touch screen enabled with a stylus as well. Its got integrated wireless LAN and Bluetooth, and biometric fringerprint sensor on it too. Here’s a short rundown of the some of the specs:

When these were first released early last year, they were going for atleast double that price. It would make a nice little internet device for using at a hotspot or while on the road, giving you the full functionality of a regular pc in a portable form factor that will fit in a small bag or big pocket. I’ve seen these used over in Japan to pick up over the air TV signals with an add-on tuner and was pretty slick. Its a shame that they don’t offer that in North America, but its just a testament to the versatility that this little Vaio has to offer.
