Amazon has the SimpleTech 250BGB portable Hard Drive in Blue and Pink, model: SP-U25/250L, for $89.99 (Regular Price: $190).  Thats a decent discount compared to the going rate for 120GB removable drives that generally run for around $119 or $89 when they’re on sale.  And according the dimensions for the SimpleTech of 5 x 3 x 0.6 inches, this would make it a 2.5″ HDD, so it will be quite portable and small. Its powered through the USB port as well, so adapters to carry around with it.  The hard drive has an 8mb cache ans is 5400rpm, so pretty standard for 2.5″ HDDs, but more than adequate for day to day use.   The pink model actually costs less at $76.71.  Thats an extra bonus especially when they both qualify for Free Super Saver Shipping too.
