Ya know you can never have too much memory. You start off with one and you’re thinkin’ “alright, now I can get stuff pretty easily from buddy, and its portable”, but then the reality hits you, and its too small ( you can only fit so much data on a 64mb flash drive ), so you go out and get another one, and then another one… I’ve got like a 1gig usb flash drive, two 2 gigs, and a 4 gig. I probably paid like 30 bucks for the 1 gig, which was a smokin’ deal about 3 years ago, probably $25 per for the 2 gig, and at that time which I figured was a great deal at the time last summer for 36 bucks for a 4 gig, but now they got this Patriot one (Purple only, though) from NCIX for like $16.99. 4 gigs for less than 20 clams. How sweet is that? and thats with no rebates as well. Sure, you could pay a buck less for a kingston 4gb drive, but those patriot guys really know what they’re doin’. I’ve got 4 of their sd and sdhc cards, and 2 gigs of their ddr in my system, and its been good times. That and the fact that every rebate I’ve sent in for them, they’ve always given me back my cash, and from what I’ve read, they been supplying alienware with their oem ram for years now.
**Update: I guess the kingston ones are sold out as of May 5th, thats a pity**
